Hypertension is one of the most common health conditions, where the pressure of the blood against the arteries is high enough to cause heart diseases. Blood pressure is displaying both the amount of blood the heart pumps and the resistance to the blood flow in the arteries. While hypertension may not have particular symptoms, a few of them may include headaches, shortness of breath or nosebleeds. Ancient Ayurveda has provided us with some natural remedies that may help stabilise blood pressure and keep your heart healthy.
